The HAINBUCH Deadlength collet design is simple and efficient. This design offers extreme rigidity, tremendous holding power, and absolute precision. The clamping head (Collet) consists of hardened and ground steel segments that linked together by a vulcanization process which has been refined over many years by Hainbuch, to assure durability and longevity of the collet and vulcanization. Round smooth, round serrated, hex and square collets are available. Special collets are available upon request.

This product is extremely accurate, quick-change, and short in overall length. It offers zero linear movement of the work piece when the system is actuated and is ideal for second operation work and sub-spindle applications. This collet chuck is precision ground and balanced for higher machine spindle RPM's. This system is extremely fast to change from one collet to another, requiring only a few minutes to complete the changeover.
